Bengaluru, April 21 -- The Madras High Court on Monday issued a notice to Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagham (TVK) chief Vijay over a petition alleging discrepancies in the financial disclosures made by the actor-politician in his affidavits filed for the April 23 Tamil Nadu elections. A bench of Chief Justice SA Dharmadhikari and justice G Arul Murugan also issued notices to the Director General of Income Tax (Investigation), ECI, and the Returning Officers for the Perambur and Tiruchi (East) constituencies from where Vijay is contesting the polls.
