New Delhi, April 21 -- The Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL) on Monday rejected a plea by the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) on pending dues and directed it to begin liquidation of regulatory asset dues amounting to over Rs.38,000 crore.
