New Delhi, April 21 -- The Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL) on Monday rejected a plea by the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) on pending dues and directed it to begin liquidation of regulatory asset dues amounting to over Rs.38,000 crore. The move could lead to a rise in power tariffs in Delhi to cover the costs. P4
