New Delhi, May 30 -- The Delhi high court on Wednesday put in abeyance its single judge bench's order appointing an ad hoc committee, headed by one of its former judges, to manage the affairs of the Equestrian Federation of India (EFI).

A division bench of acting chief justice Manmohan and justice Manmeet PS Arora reinstated the executive committee constituted after 2019 elections, after taking note of the submissions that putting an ad hoc panel in charge may jeopardise India's chances to participate in the Paris Olympics.
