New Delhi, Feb. 24 -- A team of deputy election commissioners (DECs) visited the poll-bound Kerala to review election preparedness, officials familiar with the matter said on Monday. The DECs held meetings with the chief electoral officer and district officials. During the two-day visit which began on Sunday, the team assessed the status of the final electoral roll, polling station infrastructure, vulnerability mapping, logistics planning and coordination among district election officers, electoral registration officers and booth level officers.
