New Delhi, June 4 -- In a bid to bring transparency in its functioning, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) plan to take all citizencentric services online. To begin with, the land-owning agency will make mutation-a process to change the property title-of residential properties online by August.

DDA officials say that they have developed the software platform for taking the services online. The land-owning will start testing the system from this month to clear all technical issues. Currently, the property mutation is done manually and takes anywhere between a month to 45-60 days. The DDA aims to bring down the time taken to 10-15 days or even less.
