Mumbai, June 19 -- The Bombay high court on Tuesday said that it found nothing objectionable in the movie "Hamare Baarah", observing that the Annu Kapoor-starrer is in fact "aimed at uplifting women".

The Indian public was "not gullible or silly", the bench observed days after the Supreme Court stayed the June 14 release of the film taking note of a petition that alleged that the movie depicted Muslims and Islamic religious texts in a bad light and incites hatred against the Muslim community.P11
