NEW DELHI, Feb. 13 -- The Supreme Court on Monday handed a "red card" to the office-bearers of the Tamil Nadu Football Association (TNFA), imposing a fine of Rs.50,000 on them in their individual capacity for "abusing the process of law" and "spending public money for self-promotion".
