amritpal sent to judicial custody in 2023 police stn attack case
Amritsar, April 26 -- A Punjab court on Saturday sent Khadoor Sahib MP Amritpal Singh to judicial custody until April 30 in the February 2023 Ajnala police station attack case.
Amritpal was produced before sub-divisional court judge Palwinder Singh in Ajnala, Punjab, via video-conferencing from Dibrugarh at the end of his two-day police remand in the case, his advocate said. Defence counsel Ritu Raj Singh Sandhu and lawyer Jasbir Kaur appeared before Palwinder Singh alongside senior advocates Harpal Singh Khara and others.
