New Delhi, March 5 -- The advisory instructing tech companies to take explicit permission from the government before releasing "under-testing" and "unreliable" artificial intelligence (AI) tools to users in India does not apply to start-ups, electronics and IT minister Rajeev Chandrasekhar clarified on Monday.
