New Delhi, Feb. 27 -- A 47-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly kidnapping a three-year-old girl from outside her house confining her in northwest Delhi's Wazirpur Industrial Area, police said, adding that they rescued the minor within a day of the incident. According to the police, the girl was playing outside her house on Sunday when she went missing. Her parents began searching for her and soon suspected that she had been kidnapped. Additional commissioner of police (northwest) Bhisham Singh said, "Multiple teams were deployed with clear operational roles.
