18-yr-old linked to Pak-based terror outfit held by spl cell
New Delhi, March 24 -- An 18-year-old alleged "key operative" of Pakistan-based terror outfit Tehrik-e-Taliban Hindustan (TTH), linked to gangster-turned-terrorist Shehzad Bhatti, was arrested by the Delhi Police's special cell, officials said on Monday.
Police said the accused, Harmandeep Singh alias Harman from Rampur in Uttar Pradesh, was in touch with Bhatti and other foreign-based handlers through social media and was being groomed to carry out grenade attacks and paint pro-TTH graffiti in Delhi, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh.
