'Parents can't give consent for bail of accused in POCSO cases'
MUMBAI, Oct. 30 -- In cases of sexual assault on a minor, even the survivor's parents do not have the right to give consent for bail of the accused, said a special Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) court.
