PANJIM, June 27 -- A young woman from Taleigao has filed a complaint at the Women's Police Station, Panjim, against one Estonio Almeida for harassing her on social media.
According to the complainant, the accused has been harassing her on Facebook and WhatsApp since the last seven years despite repeated requests to refrain from following or harassing her.
The complainant has alleged that the accused, who is unknown to her, has tried to befriend her through the social media platform and has been sending personal messages to which she has objected and threatened.
