A growing water crisis in several parts of Salcete has sparked widespread frustration among residents, who are now demanding immediate action from the government to restore regular water supply.

Areas such as Raia, Navelim, Benaulim, Colva, Nuvem, Curtorim and parts of Margao have been grappling with inconsistent or non-existent water supply for over two weeks, forcing many households to rely on bottled water to meet their daily needs.
