Goa, Jan. 6 -- Goa Forward Party (GFP) president Vijai Sardesai on Monday said that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) had wrongly analysed the political situation in Goa and failed to understand the state's social and political dynamics. Speaking to reporters, Sardesai claimed that AAP attempted to apply a political model that may have worked elsewhere but was unsuitable for Goa's unique socio-political fabric. He said Goa's electorate has distinct concerns rooted in local culture, identity and governance issues, which cannot be assessed superficially. Sardesai added that any political party aspiring to gain a foothold in the state must engage deeply with Goan society rather than relying on broad narratives or external templates.
