Goa, March 26 -- MLA Vijai Sardesai has criticized the government for failing to fulfill the commitments made in last year's budget. He pointed out that the Finance Department issued directions prohibiting the use of any remaining funds from the budget, which will now be declared as surplus.

Sardesai accused the government of misleading the people of Goa, stating that they have failed to deliver on promises made to the public. He further remarked that Goans, who elected the current government, are now left to face the consequences of its inaction.
