Goa, Dec. 24 -- The Mormugao Municipal Council (MMC) has directed fish vendors in Vasco to vacate the temporary shed by January 29, ahead of their planned relocation to the newly completed fish market.
Local MLA Krishna Salkar confirmed that the new fish market is now ready, and said all outstanding issues related to the facility have been resolved, paving the way for vendors to shift to the upgraded premises.
MMC Chairperson Girish Borker stated that official notices have been issued to the vendors, instructing them to vacate the temporary structure.
