Goa, July 9 -- The Valpoi police have registered an FIR against Heena Gafar Khan, a resident of Nanus-Valpoi, for allegedly misappropriating Rs.12 lakh by manipulating sales bills of a pharmacy located in Valpoi town.

According to police sources, the fraud came to light following an internal audit of the pharmacy's accounts, which revealed discrepancies in billing and cash records. Heena Khan, who was reportedly associated with the pharmacy's operations, is accused of altering sales bills to siphon off the funds over a period of time.
