MAPUSA: Valpoi FC had an easy outing as they registered a 5-2 win over Dunes SC in the GFA's Division II League Bardez Zone match played at Parra ground, on Saturday.

Dunes SC stunned their opponents with Pranesh Asvenkar putting his team ahead as he slotted the ball into the goal from inside the 18-yard box, 1-0. Valpoi FC levelled terms in the 24th minute with Mohammad Khan also scoring from inside the penalty box, 1-1. Valpoi FC took the lead where a hot-blooded shot by Gulrez Khan was not cleanly collected by Dunes SC custodian, 2-1.

On crossing over, after much probing, Vipul Pednekar equalised for Dunes SC to get back into the match, 2-2.
