Goa, Dec. 11 -- The popular Vagator nightclub 'Goya' has been completely sealed by the Joint Enforcement Committee today. Known as an 'epitome of luxury,' the club was shut after authorities reportedly found discrepancies in certain permissions. The owners and management will be allowed to present their explanation, but the club will remain closed until further notice. This action comes as the government intensifies its crackdown on non-compliant nightclubs following the tragic fire at Birch.
