Goa, June 11 -- In a shocking case of premeditated murder, the body of Raja Raghuvanshi was discovered on June 2 in a gorge near a waterfall in Sohra (Cherrapunji), located in Meghalaya's East Khasi Hills district. Authorities allege that his wife, Sonam Raghuvanshi, orchestrated the murder just weeks after their wedding.

According to police sources, Sonam initially offered Rs.4 lakh to contract killers to eliminate her husband but later raised the amount to Rs.20 lakh. Investigators claim she played an active role in the crime, even helping the accused push Raja's body into the gorge.

The couple had traveled to Meghalaya from Indore for their honeymoon shortly after their May 11 wedding. Sources say Sonam had made contact with the hitm...
