Goa, April 10 -- Tahawwur Rana, a key accused in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, has arrived in Indian custody after being extradited from the United States. Ahead of his arrival, security measures have been ramped up across Delhi. A SWAT team was deployed at the Delhi airport, while the National Investigation Agency (NIA) headquarters has been converted into a high-security zone. Sources indicated that multiple layers of protection have been established to ensure the safe transfer and interrogation of Rana.
