RAIA: United Boys Ambaulim powered into the final of the Curtorim Villagers Cup 2025 with a 2-0 win over hosts Curtorim Gymkhana at St Alex Church ground, on Tuesday.

Soweil Fernandes put Ambaulim ahead in the 22nd minute before Alex Fernandes doubled the tally in the 40th. Curtorim pressed hard but the visitors' defence held firm.

Soweil Fernandes was named man-of-the-match and received his award from social worker Roque Mascarenhas, joined by ex-Curtorim Gymkhana players Victor and Joaquim Fernandes.

UB Ambaulim now await the winners of Don Bosco Oratory, Fatorda and Parish Youth, Nuvem.
