Goa, Dec. 4 -- A woman has been charged by Maina Curtorim Police for allegedly allowing her underage son to ride a Jawa motorcycle, which caused an accident injuring two people in Sao Jose de Areal. Police reported that the minor was riding rashly and without a licence when he hit a Jupiter scooter head-on at Phullamoll. The pillion rider suffered grievous injuries, while the rider received minor ones. Both victims are originally from Bihar. Officers stated that the mother permitted her son to use the bike. The case is registered under Sections 281 and 125(a)(b) of the IPC and Sections 3 and 180 of the Motor Vehicles Act.
