Goa, Nov. 15 -- A grand programme was held at the Birsa Munda Complex in Ulihatu, Khunti, to celebrate the 150th birth anniversary of Bhagwan Birsa Munda and Jharkhand's State Foundation Day. Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar, Chief Minister Hemant Soren, and Union Tribal Affairs Minister Jual Oram attended the event and offered floral tributes.Addressing the gathering, Soren called Jharkhand the "land of brave heroes" and urged citizens to help build the state envisioned by its martyrs.
