The assurance came during a meeting with agitating ex-staff in Panaji, where Timblo explained the corporation's financial constraints but committed to swift resolution. Retirees highlighted long-delayed arrears, urging immediate action amid ongoing protests. Timblo emphasized understanding their plight and promised no further delays in payments. This follows repeated demands from KTC pensioners for clearance of backlogs spanning years.
