Goa, Nov. 25 -- The fully constructed 100-bed hospital in Tuem is rapidly deteriorating as it waits to be commissioned. What should have been a vital healthcare facility is instead turning into an abandoned site. Overgrown grass has taken over the premises, wheelchair ramps are covered with weeds, and debris lies scattered inside and outside the building. With no staff or security, stray cattle have wandered in, and honeycombs have formed on parts of the roof. Meanwhile, costly medical equipment and patient beds are gathering dust. Frustrated locals are urging the Chief Minister and Health Minister to intervene and make the hospital operational urgently.
