Goa, Jan. 19 -- US President Donald Trump has invited India to become part of a proposed "Board of Peace" that will oversee governance and reconstruction efforts in post-war Gaza, underlining India's growing stature as a trusted and balanced global partner in the Middle East peace process.

According to the White House, the initiative will include a main board chaired by President Trump, a Palestinian committee of technocrats tasked with administering the war-affected territory, and an executive advisory board to guide policy and reconstruction efforts.
