Goa, Jan. 10 -- A truck parked in the Guddemal area of Sanvordem was reportedly stolen late on the night of January 9, prompting an investigation by the Curchorem Police.

According to the truck owner, Vishwas Ghate, the vehicle had been parked in the area during the daytime on January 8 and was last seen at around 10:30 pm on January 9. The theft is believed to have occurred shortly thereafter, at approximately 11:00 pm.

Residents have expressed concern over the incident, as a similar truck theft was reported from the same area nearly 12 days ago, raising fears of a possible pattern targeting heavy vehicles.
