Goa, Nov. 4 -- The Goa Transport Department has stepped in to support Ola electric scooter owners struggling with service and repair issues, assuring complete assistance in pursuing their grievances through the consumer court.

Director of Transport Polumatla P. Abhishek confirmed that the department has already prepared complaint templates for affected customers and will provide full backing to help them seek justice. "I have personally met around 16 customers and told them that the department will stand by them. We've also advised them to approach the consumer court, and we'll support them in filing their complaints," Abhishek said.
