Goa, Oct. 13 -- The gram sabha of Navelim village panchayat, held on Sunday, passed several key resolutions aimed at improving civic infrastructure and governance in the village.
The meeting, chaired by Sarpanch Paul Pereira, resolved to make the long-awaited traffic signal operational, a move expected to ease congestion and enhance road safety in the area.
The assembly also stressed the need for comprehensive verification of tenants in the village to ensure accurate records and effective governance.
