Goa, Nov. 2 -- A shocking incident rocked Vagator after five tourists from Banaras were allegedly brutally assaulted by bouncers at a popular nightclub late Friday night. According to police sources, the group, which included female visitors, was attacked following an argument with the club staff. Eyewitnesses claimed that male bouncers assaulted the women while the club manager, allegedly intoxicated, watched without intervening. The victims sustained multiple injuries and later approached the Anjuna Police Station to file a complaint. Acting swiftly, the police registered an FIR and detained five to six bouncers for questioning.
