India, Feb. 13 -- Tourist Police Constable Sarvesh Mandrekar displayed commendable alertness while on routine patrolling duty at Calangute beach. During his patrol, he noticed an unattended bag lying on the sand and immediately took it into safe custody to prevent any misuse. Acting swiftly, he initiated efforts to trace the rightful owner and conducted necessary verification procedures. The bag was later handed over to a tourist from Mumbai after confirming ownership details.
