Goa, Sept. 6 -- The promotion comes on the recommendation of the Departmental Promotion Committee and in consultation with the Goa Public Service Commission.

The officers will serve a probation period of two years, with pay and allowances fixed as per the CCS (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016, Level 10. They are required to exercise their option for pay fixation under F.R. 22 (1)(a)(1) within one month, after which the option will be final.

Until further orders, the officers will continue to hold their current posts.

The promotions recognize their service and are part of Goa Police's efforts to strengthen its leadership cadre.
