Goa, June 28 -- Three individuals accused in a high-profile extortion case have been remanded to 11 days of judicial custody.

The accused have been identified as Tarzan Parsekar (38), Sagar Patil (37), and Sanish Ghatwal (19).

During court proceedings, Tarzan Parsekar requested that he be kept in a separate cell, citing threats to his life.

Authorities have taken note of his plea, and security measures are expected to be reviewed accordingly.
