Goa, Sept. 16 -- In response to the increasing number of road accidents linked to stray cattle, the Thivim Panchayat has decided to launch a dedicated campaign aimed at addressing the growing menace. With cattle often seen wandering or resting on roads-especially during the night and monsoon seasons when visibility is low-authorities are taking decisive steps to improve road safety and civic order in the village.
