Goa, Dec. 4 -- An 18-year-old driver was arrested after allegedly reversing his car multiple times in an intoxicated state, fatally injuring 50-year-old Mukul Joshi in Panaji. According to the report, the accused repeatedly rammed the vehicle into Joshi, leaving him seriously hurt. The victim was rushed to GMC Hospital, where he later died from his injuries. The JMFC court in Merces has ordered the accused into five days of police custody as the investigation continues. Authorities are expected to examine CCTV footage and witness statements to determine the full sequence of events.
