India, Feb. 9 -- Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant on Monday emphasised the need for teachers to begin identifying students' talents at an early stage, stating that not every child will become a doctor or an engineer.

Speaking at the inauguration of the visually enhanced Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE), the Chief Minister said that teachers play a crucial role in recognising individual abilities and guiding students in the right direction.
