Goa, April 2 -- A physical education teacher from a reputed high school in Curchorem has been suspended by the education department after allegations surfaced that he assaulted a Class 9 student. The incident occurred after the student reportedly caused trouble and disrupted the class, with the student suffering severe neck injuries from the assault.

According to reports, this isn't the first time the teacher has faced such allegations. Similar incidents involving the same teacher were reportedly reported at two other schools in the past.
