Goa, April 4 -- In a disturbing event that took place near LPK Road in Nerul, a taxi driver named Joaquim D'Souza, hailing from Tuem-Pernem, was violently attacked by a group of tourists traveling in a vehicle registered in West Bengal.

The confrontation erupted when the tourists collided with D'Souza's taxi from behind and subsequently declined to pay for the resulting damages. When the driver sought compensation, he was met with a barrage of punches from the assailants.
