Goa, Oct. 11 -- Taliban Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi said Afghanistan's territory would not be used against any country, emphasising that the Taliban had eliminated terrorist bases within its borders. Speaking at the Afghan Embassy in India, he urged New Delhi to boost trade links through the Wagah border and the Chabahar port.

"Our government has proved over four years that no threat has emerged from Afghanistan," Muttaqi stated, adding that groups such as Lashkar-e-Taiba no longer operate on Afghan soil.
