Goa, Jan. 1 -- A shocking incident of a suspected brutal murder has come to light at Prabhu Vaddo, Calangute, causing panic in the area. An elderly man, who had been working as a caretaker at a private property for over 15 years, was found dead with severe injuries. His body was discovered around 15 to 20 metres away from his room.

Sources said the victim had suffered serious head and body injuries, allegedly caused by a shovel. Calangute Police rushed to the spot after being alerted and conducted a detailed inspection of the scene. The body was later sent for post-mortem examination to ascertain the exact cause of death.
