MAPUSA, Sept. 5 -- Super Goans FC launched their GFA Boys' U-18 Second Division league campaign in style with a resounding 7-0 win over Ucassaim SC in the opening match at Siolim ground on Friday.

The winners took a two-goal cushion into half-time before running riot in the second session. Alfie Thoran was the star of the show with a superb hat-trick, while Yohann Trindade, Jonas Fernandes, Cyrus Fernandes and Shuban Fondekar also got on the scoresheet to complete the rout.
