Goa, Oct. 16 -- Goa's Minister Subhash Phaldesai met the Chief Election Commissioner, expressing concern that declaring a tiger reserve would impact local settlements. He pointed out that 68% of Goa is already under green cover, asking, "Where will people go?" while adding that it's easy to make such demands "sitting in AC bungalows."
