PANJIM, Jan. 31 -- Goa is reeling under the onslaught of rapes, murders, assaults and other forms of crimes. The law and order seems to have collapsed completely. In this edition of Street Voices, we asked people, "When there are so many problems facing Goa, is a two day Assembly session justified?"

In "Sarkar Tumchea Dari" there are 200 person of these 150 are government servants and fifty are government chamchas. People do not go there, since people's work is not done.
