MARGAO, April 16 -- Bharatiya Bhasha Suraksha Manch (BBSM) on Thursday held a token demonstration in front of the comunidade building demanding that instruction in English at primary school level be stopped.

It demanded that more schools be started in regional languages.

He said the present BJP government is systematically closing down the primary schools in regional languages and promoting education in English medium at the primary school level.

He demanded that this denationalisation be stopped immediately. ...
