Goa, Nov. 26 -- St. Sebastiao Youth Club Murida, Fatorda emerged champions of the 20th Edition of the Velim Panchayat Cup after defeating Guardian Angel Sports Club, Curchorem 3-2 in a nail-biting tie-breaker finale. The tournament, organised by the Sports and Welfare Club of Zaino, Velim, concluded recently at the Velim Church grounds in front of a packed Sunday crowd.

The final saw both teams adopt a cautious, midfield-heavy approach.
