St Sebastiao Youth Club, Murida-Fatorda, pipped Guardian Angel Sports Club, Curchorem, 3-2 via tie-breaker in the final to be crowned champions of the 20th Velim Panchayat Cup football tournament organised by Sports and Welfare Club of Zaino, Velim, at the Velim Church ground, recently. The final was played in front of a packed crowd, both the teams showed a cautious approach, resorting the game to the midfield.
