MAPUSA, Sept. 3 -- St Sebastian SC, Mapusa, opened their GFA Third Division League Bardez Zone-Group C campaign in style, thrashing Miracles SC, Mapusa, 5-1, at Moira grounds, on Wednesday.

All five goals for St Sebastian came in the first half, with Pratik Naik stealing the show with a superb hat-trick. Dinesh Parwar and Yuvraj Harijan added one apiece to complete the rout.

Miracles managed a late consolation in the 81st minute through Aurville Cardozo, but the result was beyond doubt by then.
