RAIA: St Anne's Institute, Agonda, and Regina Marytrum High School, Assolna, move ahead in the Sir Jawaharlal Da Costa inter-school football tournament organised by the United Sports Club of Seraulim, at Seraulim ground, on Friday.

In the U-14 girls matches, St Anne's Institute defeated Manovikas High School, Margao, 2-1. Guryneth Fernandes and Anishka Gaonkar scored for St Anne's. Jeselyn Fernandes reduced the margin for Manovikas HS.

St Jude HS, Betalbatim, got the better of Fr Agnelo Multipurpose High School, Verna, 1-0. The all-important goal came through the boots of Alisha Indwar
